We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders and cashier checks. When ordering online please be sure that your billing address is the same as your credit card billing address.

Promotional/Discount codes offer discounts on purchases and shipping. If you have a promotional/discount code, you will need to type the code into the "Promotional/Discount Code" box during the checkout process. You will see the amount of the deduction on the order form.

Entering the discount/promotional code is the responsibility of the customer. Discounts will not be applied after the checkout process is complete.

All orders over $100 ship free anywhere in the United States, via USPS Priority Mail.

Every item at Heaven's Best Creations™ is handcrafted, therefore, please allow ample time for your special item to be made and shipped. Most orders will generally be shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom-made items generally take 8-10 business days to be shipped. If you require faster shipping & delivery please let us know. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and/or delivery confirmation, or Express mail. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as our packages do require a signature, unless you state otherwise on the order form. The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States. For delivery outside the U.S., the following additional charges will be added to the U.S. rates: Canada - additional $15; Mexico - additional $35; Outside North America - additional $50.

Heaven's Best Creations™ offers rush delivery (US Express Mail) for in-stock items only. There will be an additional $12.95 charge added to our regular shipping charges. Please email us at orders@heavensbestcreations.com to be sure that your item is available for rush delivery.

For Illinois residents, there is a 8.75% tax rate that will apply.

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping fees, within 14 days of delivery date. Due to the personal nature of earrings, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items. However, should your earrings be defective due to craftmanship, simply return within the 14 day purchase period and we will repair the earrings and return them to you.

Heaven's Best Creations™ is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, loss or theft. Return items must be packaged in the original package, and returned to us insured, via your local carrier. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice/receipt. If you paid by credit card your account will be credited, if you paid by money order or cashiers check your refund will be issued in this manner.

All products are guaranteed for one year. If your jewelry should ever break during this one year period due to workmanship return it to us with all of its original pieces, if possible, and it will be repaired free of charge, all you ever pay is shipping during this period.

After you purchase a Heaven’s Best Creations Gift Certificate, the recipient will receive the gift certificate via email and/or 1st class mail. In the comments section on the order form you will need to provide us with the recipient’s name, mailing and/or email address, and let us know how you would like the gift certificate mailed. Gift certificates will be mailed within 1-2 days from date of purchase. Gift certificates must be redeemed through Heaven’s Best Creations website, www.heavensbestcreations.com, toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog.

Gift certificates and any unused portions should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If the recipient’s order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift certificate account and is not transferable. Heaven’s Best Creations has the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through our website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on our website. Heaven’s Best Creations may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates. Gift certificates and their use are subject to Heaven’s Best Creations general terms of use. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

If there is a product that you would like to order for a special occasion such as a wedding party, reunion, etc. please email us at orders@heavensbestcreations.com for design customization and quantity discounts. If you see an item that you like but not in the color you want, please email us at orders@heavensbestcreations.com and we'll do our best to make it for you. Custom & special orders are final sales and a 50% deposit must be prepaid and the balance is due when your order is ready to be shipped.
