After you purchase a Heaven’s Best Creations Gift Certificate, the recipient will receive the gift certificate via email and/or 1st class mail. In the comments section on the order form you will need to provide us with the recipient’s name, mailing and/or email address, and let us know how you would like the gift certificate mailed. Gift certificates will be mailed within 1-2 days from date of purchase.
1. Gift certificates must be redeemed through Heaven’s Best Creations website, www.heavensbestcreations.com, toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog.
2. Gift certificates and any unused portions should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance.
3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
4. If the recipient’s order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card.
5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift certificate account and is not transferable.
6. Heaven’s Best Creations has the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through our website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on our website.
7. Heaven’s Best Creations may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
8. Gift certificates and their use are subject to Heaven’s Best Creations general terms of use; we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
